First off, for those who prefer things Spotified, here’s The Beatles 1970 as a playlist. Due to availability issues, it’s not exactly identical, but pretty close.
That about does it for the active life of this blog. It’s possible I may pop up from time to time to share something, but at the moment I have no specific plans to do so.
It’s creeping up on four years now since I happened to notice that it was the 50th anniversary of the first Revolver session, which seemed to me like the last point at which you could reasonably plant the flag for the halfway point of the Beatles story. As it happened, I had time on my hands that day, and here we are almost 800 posts later. I said I was going to do it and I did it; I have to love myself for that.
My heartfelt thanks to anyone who came along for the ride. Oh dear readers, you are not legion, but each and every one of you is a quality individual, with a high level of taste and intelligence. I wish you all the best as we walk together into the strange and uncharted world of the future.

Bill, this blog has been a wonderful respite from the daily insanity from the start and it has sent me on many journeys down memory lane, most of which were wonderful. Of course, your writing has brought that era back to life in so many ways. I have loved your occasional strange but appropriate tangents and meanderings.
