The boys played a concert in Boston today, which by my count makes nine shows in the last week, with zero days off. And this was the biggest band in the world. Maybe an off day was prohibitively expensive, but it has to have been fatiguing. Another good reason to be done with the whole business, which they would be soon enough.

You can read a good article about the Boston show here. Apparently the setting was somewhat surreal, with The Beatles performing “on a custom stage in the middle of Boston’s famed racetrack originally built for horses.”
