According to Mark Lewisohn’s The Complete Beatles Recording Sessions — which will not be of much use to us after this point — today’s final Abbey Road session consisted of:

Editing of the master tape… “Maxwell’s Silver Hammer” down by seven seconds to 3’26”, and “The End,” down by 36 seconds to 2’05”. Various sounds effects for the start of “Maxwell’s Silver Hammer” were made during this session but were not used.

Lewisohn sounds a bit weary of his task, as I too have been at times. At the moment the weariness is purely physical, with the customary 5-hour drive from the Oakland airport capping off a pleasant but exceptionally enervating week in the Hawaiian Islands. I know, boo hoo. 10 or 11 hours of sleep and I’ll be good as new.
